that is how it is. regular clients are our most important capital and we want (almost) every guest to become a returning visitor. the big hotel chains have installed programs close to perfection - there are plenty of them - in typical holiday businesses the personal touch counts. it is not the 24 digit membership number, what counts is the little extras. 

 

there is a simple rule to this: an existing client is 10 times "cheaper" than a new one! in particular if this client tells his friends and family about his amazing holiday experience. there is no better and more efficient way of customer acquisition. what are you doing in terms of recommendation marketing?
